Best VM Initiative. A VM launch that added sales and increases in ATV with full margin. 1 Week Vacation + Ticket.
Best New Product Innovation. A new product launch in the year that delivered excellent sales in both units and monetory value, maximizing margin with or without the support of marketing. This product must be a KOJ developed product or a product that has been initiated by us with a franchise partner and developed specifically for our region (if from a franchise brand). AED 50,000 for a team along with 2 days extra vacation for each team member

Highest Sell Through, and Targets Reduction in Weeks Stock Cover YOY. Delivered the highest savings for the Department or brand during the year, with the results visible within the financial year. 1 Week Vacation + Ticket.

Biggest Cultural Impact Inside the Company. Creating a change within a department / division / team that has inspired people to act in a different way. This has led to a change in process or practice that has improved results in a dramatic way with big impact. 1 Week Vacation + Ticket.
Biggest Cultural Impact Outside the Company. Has worked on something that has influenced the company in a positive way to external people. This most add value to how the company or a brand profile is now viewed and created more interest to it from external people. 1 Week Vacation + Ticket.
Award Description Criteria The Reward
Best Internal Customer Service. A department or division that is responsive to external factors that have had an impact on the business. This is through taking an action that increases the image of the division or group outside of the business. 2 days extra vacation for each team member.
KOJ People Award. An individual who: has shown loyalty and dedication in their work that is above and beyond the normal expectations. Who has been the main support to the department at the time of need, and who has offered most support to their collegues within the Brand/Department within the past financial year. 1 Week Vacation + Ticket for self and partner.
Board Lifetime Achievement Award An employee who has been in the business for above 10 years, who places the business interest at heart and always does what they believe is right to help the people they work with and the business grow. This person does not need to manage budgets or be a manager, however will be an employee that all the team will be able to relate to and understand the reason behind them receiving the award. 2 Weeks Vacation + Ticket for self and partner.
